Service scope
MakeImg provides digital tools for AI-assisted image generation, meme design, caption editing, and download workflows.
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time to maintain service quality, security, compliance, or operational stability.
Accounts and payments
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Paid features are offered through one-time credit packs and recurring subscriptions. Prices, billing intervals, and included usage are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
Acceptable use and AI content boundary
You may use MakeImg for original creative work, stylized visual content, meme creation, and similar lawful digital media purposes.
You must not use MakeImg to generate, edit, upload, or distribute deceptive, unlawful, infringing, harmful, or non-consensual content.
You must not submit prompts or use the service to generate NSFW, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, pornographic, erotic, fetish, or adult content.
You must not use the service to create content that depicts or sexualizes minors, promotes exploitation, or facilitates abuse, harassment, or illegal activity.
All prompt-based generation requests may be screened using automated content safety systems. We may block, reject, limit, or remove any request that appears unsafe, disallowed, or non-compliant with our policies or applicable law.
- No face swaps, deepfakes, or realistic impersonation of real people.
- No celebrity impersonation, fake identity creation, or deceptive human-like image generation.
- No use of third-party likenesses, portraits, or private images without authorization or other lawful basis.
- No content that violates privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other third-party rights.
- No attempts to bypass moderation, rate limits, account limits, or safety controls.
User content
You retain responsibility for the prompts, images, captions, and other materials you submit to MakeImg.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to upload or use any content you provide.
Generated output
AI-generated output may be influenced by user input and automated model behavior, and may not be unique, complete, or error-free.
You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing, sharing, commercializing, or relying on it.
We may remove content, refuse processing, or restrict access where generated or uploaded material appears to violate these terms, third-party rights, our moderation policies, or applicable law.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to MakeImg if we believe you violated these terms, created legal or security risk, or used the service in a manner that could harm other users, third parties, or the platform.
